While aggression and fear is our speciality, we can guide you through any challenge.

Is your puppy more wild than you expected? Reminiscing about good nights’ sleep gone by? Let us get your puppy on track to be the dog of your dreams, not just in them.

Do leash walks have you zig-zagging around town? Does your new adoption need help adjusting? We’ll take tension off the leash and put the “yay” back in pl(y)ay.

Does your dog hide during thunderstorms or fireworks? Do changes in routine or location send them into a panic? Let’s build their confidence and ease the anxiety.

Is your dog lunging at dogs? Barking at strangers? Maybe they’re growling at you? No matter what is causing your dog to aggress, we can get you feeling safe again.

TUTORED
LEARNING

The land on which we work and live is part of the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. From the lands of the Anishinabek to the Attawandaron, the Haudenosaunee, Huron-Wendat, the Métis and Ojibway/Chippewa people, these lands surrounding the Great Lakes are steeped in Indigenous history. We stand in solidarity with Indigenous brothers, sisters, and two spirit individuals to honour and respect the four directions, lands, waters, plants, animals and ancestors that walked before us, and all elements of Turtle Island.

Sweetgrass Dogs is grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land, and by doing so, give our respect to its first inhabitants.
